Olivia Fox Romance Special Edition Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to support our special edition pre-orders! Much like a Kickstarter campaign for artists, your advance purchase helps fund the production of exclusive, collector’s items crafted by human artists. These unique romance books are designed as showpieces for your shelf and produced with exceptional care.

Because our special editions are handcrafted and printed overseas, pre-orders come with a shipping date set months in advance. Waiting for your collector’s item isn’t always easy, and we truly appreciate your patience and excitement. Throughout the entire process, we will make every effort to keep you updated on production milestones and shipping status via email.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept:

Shipping dates are often scheduled several months ahead to allow time for artisanal production and international shipping.

We commit to regular status updates as soon as we receive information from our overseas printing partners.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships. Once your order is in transit, address changes or reshipment may require additional postage and handling fees, in line with standard e-commerce protocols.

Customer Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package to a corrected address.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That's why we're equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders for regular paperbacks may take up to 14 days to arrive. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times we can't deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays.
