Olivia Fox Romance shipping policies are designed to provide clear details on shipping rates, timelines, customer responsibilities, and collector preorder guidelines for our artisan-crafted editions.

Special Edition Pre-Order Shipping
Thank you for supporting our special edition pre-orders! Like a Kickstarter for artists, your advance purchase helps fund exclusive collector’s items thoughtfully crafted by independent artists. These romance books are produced as showpieces for your shelf, with shipping dates set months in advance to allow for artisanal production and international delivery.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept:

  • Shipping dates are scheduled several months ahead to allow time for production and overseas transit.

  • Regular status updates will be provided as soon as we receive information from our overseas printing partners.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships. Once your order is in transit, address changes or reshipment may require additional postage and handling fees in line with standard e-commerce protocols.

Customer Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package to a corrected address.

Estimated Delivery Time
All online orders for regular paperbacks may take up to 14 days to arrive. Special editions, as noted above, have advance shipping dates and longer timelines due to artisanal production and international logistics. Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Invoice
We provide a detailed shipping invoice with each order, outlining price, quantities, and shipping charges. For payment clarification, please reach out via our contact page.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
