You agree not to violate the intellectual property rights of Olivia Fox Romance or third parties, and not to act in any way that could be considered fraudulent. Sale of Goods
These Terms govern the sale of goods available on our Site, including all products listed as out of stock. All product information and images are as accurate as possible but not legally binding. You purchase goods at your own risk.

Orders may be modified, rejected, or canceled as necessary. If canceled after payment, you will be refunded the paid amount. It’s your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument for receipt of any refund.

Payments
Payment methods accepted include: Credit Card, PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. By providing payment info, you authorize its use and charges. If your payment violates any law or these Terms, the transaction may be canceled or reversed.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods, digital products are delivered instantly via BookFunnel, and print books are produced and shipped after completion. Shipping times and procedures, as well as customer address responsibilities and timelines, delivery standards, and reshipment policies, are detailed in our customer-facing Shipping Policy published on the Site.
If there are any conflicts or discrepancies between these Terms and our current Shipping Policy, the Shipping Policy will supersede these Terms.

Refunds
Refund eligibility, timeframes, and conditions for both digital and physical goods are outlined in our Refund and Replacement Policy and Shipping Policy. For ebooks and audiobooks, no refunds are given except for accidental duplicate purchases within 48 hours. No returns for change of mind. Returns for physical goods are only given for faulty items reported within 7 days (or as specified in the Shipping Policy).

Consumer Protection Law
Where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply and cannot be excluded, these Terms do not limit your legal rights and remedies under such legislation.

Limitation of Liability
Olivia Fox Romance and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, from your use of the Site.

Indemnity
By using this Site, you indemnify and hold harmless Olivia Fox Romance and its representatives from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Severability
