Refund and Replacement Policy
Olivia Fox Romance is dedicated to providing an exceptional, boutique reading experience with each artisan-crafted book, paperback and ebook.

Timeframes for Claims
All claims for returns, damaged/defective items, or lost packages must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order or, in the case of loss, within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
Refunds are available for orders canceled prior to shipment.
Once your order has shipped, refunds are not available except under the following exceptions (at our discretion):

If the item is lost and confirmed undelivered by the carrier, a refund or replacement may be offered.

If your order arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing photos of the product and packaging, so we can evaluate and resolve your issue.

If you receive the wrong item, we will promptly arrange for the correct replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Shop Discretion
Olivia Fox Romance reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement will be issued in cases of damage, loss, or defect.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your claim arises from a seller error (such as sending the wrong item).

Return Packaging Requirements
For special editions and artisan-crafted books, items must be returned in their original branded packaging if a return is authorized.

Proof of Purchase
Customers do not need to provide a receipt—we will locate your order through our secure store system.

All Sales Are Final—Special Editions
All sales are final for special editions, custom, limited, or one-of-a-kind releases except in cases qualifying for damaged, lost, or incorrect items as outlined above.

Digital Products
We are unable to offer refunds on digital products at this time.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. Include photos whenever possible to help us resolve your claim quickly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging. Please contact us for instructions if you wish to exercise this right.
